1. All jobs require a 50% deposit upfront to commence the job with a final balance of 50% due upon completion. Unless other payment terms have been arranged previously. Payment can be made via eft or credit card.
2. Lead times given are an approximate only; this could vary due to glass supply and scheduling availability.
3. Outdoor jobs particularly roofing jobs are dependent upon weather. Weather permitting your job will be reschedule as soon as possible.
4. For replacement of wooden windows /doors at times the beads can crack and have holes in them and break. We will fill them but further repair of the beads is at your own expense this includes replacement and painting. Unless specified prior.
5. If you notice minor defects or scratches on any mirror or splashback that has been sealed (glued/dried) it would be at an additional charge to remove the mirror/splashback. It's important to check your splashback or mirror before it's sealed.
BROKEN PIPES
Baulkham Hills Glass is not responsible for pipes broken during drilling, the reason for this is if the pipes are placed too close to the tiling there isn't a way for us to identify how close the pipes are to the tiling wall. The cost of any plumbing is at the expense of the customer. All care is taken during drilling.

- New window framing and doors 20 working days
- Double glazed windows and doors 20 working days

- Window and door repairs is based on schedule availability
Weather, materials, access and availability may delay works being completed.
